If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, even if your order has been confirmed and payment processed. If your order is canceled, we will issue a full refund.

Products are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock at all times. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and offer options (waiting for restock, substitute, or full refund).

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. Section 6 — Order Acceptance and Cancellation

6.1 Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, issues with your payment method, or orders flagged as potentially fraudulent.

6.2 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. After 2 hours, or once fulfillment has begun, orders cannot be canceled. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@iyiwear.com.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale or commercial purposes, or that involve suspected fraudulent activity.
