Processing
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. During launch periods, processing may take longer due to volume.
Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking will be sent to the email or phone number used at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows an issue or your item arrives damaged, contact support with your order number and photos within a reasonable window.
